Idealpos Online Service Portal
Idealpos Online contains a Service Portal from where you can view your shop details.
In addition to this, the Service Portal can be used to add another subscription to an existing Account.
To access the Service Portal, open https://portal.idealpos.com.au
Enter your Email address and Password.
After logging in, you will arrive at the Customers page and you'll see your shop in the list.
You may click on your shop name in the list and this will open further details about your shop.
After clicking on your shop name, you'll see the following sections:
- Store Details - Trading Name, Reseller, Credit Cards, Business Types, Licence Login Details, Store Address Details
- Contacts - Contact Details such as Position, Name, Phone and Email for each of your Store Contacts
- Online Licences - A list of Idealpos Licences that you have which include the Product, Version, Options, POS Number, Reseller Name, Type, Machine Signature, Expiry, Invoice, Invoice Date, Upgrade and Active
- USB Licence Keys - A list of USB Licence Keys that you currently have which includes details such as the HASP, Product, Version, Options, POS Number, Scr# (Number of screens for Ideal Kitchen Monitor), Reseller, Invoice, Invoice Date and Active
- Temp Licences - A list of Temp Licences which have been assigned to your store
- Invoices - A list of Invoices for using the Idealpos Online service
- Users - A list of Users which are associated to your account
